Magical journey for the soul – Cape Town 13–27 February 2026

Join us on an unforgettable meditation and transformation journey to Cape Town. For fourteen days, we are embraced by the waves of the Atlantic, majestic mountains and the magical light of South Africa. We visit sacred power sites, hike in ancient nature, explore our inner self through meditation and hypnosis, and participate in ceremonies that open up for deep spiritual healing.

Every day offers new experiences – from vineyards and flourishing gardens to Lions Head, Table Mountain, Penguin Beach and the Cape of Good Hope. We enjoy local markets, inspiring conversations, yoga in the morning sun and tasty meals at selected restaurants.

We live in our own house with a pool in Hout Bay, a place where the rhythm of the sea and the silence of the mountains provide peace and strength. With the guidance of hypnosis, we free ourselves from old patterns, highlight our inner strength and return home with new energy and open hearts.

February is the South African summer when the sea is warm, the days are long and the light is golden. Places are limited to a small group to create safety, closeness and the opportunity for deep personal development.

About us who lead the journey
Yvonne Frank Månsson has been running the Siljans Måsar Publishing House since 2008. With many years of experience in arranging retreats and trips that strengthen both soul and heart, she is passionate about inspiring people to find balance in life and live with spiritual compassion and creative joy.

Elisabeth Skagne is a trained healer and coach in nutrition and well-being. She is passionate about developing spiritually and sharing her life experiences.

Registration fee: 19,000 SEK (Registration is binding)
Remaining amount: payable in December 2025

The price includes:
