BOOK III – Out-of-Body Experiences
Have you ever experienced your consciousness leaving your body? Perhaps during surgery, in deep meditation, or during a near-death experience? The feeling of floating freely, of looking at your own body from above, is a phenomenon that has fascinated people throughout history. Such experiences challenge our understanding of consciousness and its relationship to our physical existence.
To maintain a clear focus, this book focuses on these experiences and therefore does not include stories about astral travel.
Our Mind's Eye is a three-part anthology that aims to expand our understanding of the human mind and its possibilities, beyond what current research can explain. The collection of personal stories contributes to a richer basis for open conversations and new insights into the mysteries of consciousness.
• Book I – The Ability to Experience Events in Advance (fall 2024) depicts inner images and feelings that seem to predict future events.
• Book II – Sensations beyond time and space (fall 2025) contains experiences of having seen or heard scenes from other times, often with strong emotional charge.
• Book III – Out-of-Body Experiences (fall 2026) collects stories in which consciousness seems to free itself from the limitations of the body – strong and sometimes life-changing experiences that provide new perspectives on our existence.
By sharing your story, you contribute to broadening perspectives on our inner lives. Here you will have a unique opportunity to share your out-of-body experiences with others and contribute to an anthology that deepens our understanding of the possibilities of the mind.
Here's how to proceed and design your contribution
· Your personal story must be a maximum of 13,500 characters (without spaces), which is approximately 5 A4 pages. This includes a short author introduction of approximately ten lines.
· Use Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.0.
· If you want to include images (in addition to the author photo), you need to reduce the text.
· Send your text no later than May 31, 2026 to: monica@siljansmasar.com
The book project and what it means to become a co-author
· As a co-author, you undertake to purchase 60 copies of the book for SEK 9,900 plus 6% VAT. The payment is divided into two: the first installment is made when you are accepted as a co-author and the second installment when the books are delivered to you.
· You then resell the books, recommended price: SEK 250 each, giving you a possible profit of around SEK 4,500.
· You are responsible for the sales of your books, for example via fairs, your own website or webshop.
· As a co-author, you will receive writing workshops, script support and information.
· Professional proofreading, editing and design.
· Marketing and printing costs.
· Author presentation on the publisher's website.
· Marketing materials to use in social media and mailings.

- Your participation contributes to increasing the knowledge that our minds possess greater abilities than what research can currently explain. You contribute to enriching this exciting field, providing a greater understanding of supernatural phenomena and at the same time increasing the number of stories to those that already exist all over the world.
- You own your own text entirely. You choose how to use it after you have been included in the book series, as long as no other third party has a share of the rights.
- You are purchasing 60 copies of the book – in a modern design – a book to be proud of.
- The publishing house Siljans Måsar stands for marketing that reaches the book industry in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
- You will gain insight and understanding of the basics of writing through writing workshops via Zoom. These are recorded in case you are unable to participate.
- You will receive specially designed banners, covers, sample chapters, tour plans, etc. to use for marketing in your social media and in email campaigns.
- You will receive your own author presentation on our website and inside the book.
- The publishing house sends out reading and review copies to bookstores and the media, among others.
- We will advertise in several magazines and ads on social media.
- We will produce a small Youtube film about the book, for you to share freely.
- You are invited to our closed Facebook group, where we can get to know each other better, receive support, and come up with ideas for how we can reach out even more widely with our book.
- You are part of a network of authors, self-employed people and reach new target groups.
- You will be a VIP guest at the publisher's book launch at Vattumannen in Stockholm, where you can invite your guests and interested parties.
- Your 60 books will be sent to you for a shipping fee or picked up during the book releases or at the publisher in Ystad.
- The publisher is arranging book releases in Stockholm and Malmö in 2025!
