My name is Caroline and I grew up in a small coastal community north of Höganäs in northwestern Skåne, but today I live in Örkelljunga, a small town in northern Skåne surrounded by forests and lakes. Here I live with my husband Fredrik and our son Simon. The common thread in my life is the power of creative creation. I have always been a free spirit who loves adventure and this has led to a lot of searching and many different courses, training and professional roles that have all challenged my creative side in their own way. Even as a young man I had dreams of being an artist and writer. I had many ideas and fantasies about novels, short stories, poetry and painting that completely filled my soul at times, but I did not take action and let them wash over me in all the everyday chores of life. I started working at different jobs and writing fell into oblivion.
I was born with spiritual gifts, a mediumship that I didn't really know what to do with and a hypersensitivity that drained me of energy during periods when I wasn't on my guard. It has made me curious but cautious. Today I know my worth and my experiences have taught me to sense when it's time to withdraw for the vital recovery. After two books in my field of work, - education, herbal medicine and alternative methods for health and well-being, I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and create my own tarot deck. A project idea that had been dormant with me for a long time.
It has been a fantastically fun and developing project to create tarot cards based on my own inner guidance. I have let creativity guide the process and not the other way around, which has been very educational, and by letting the glow of creation decide and letting performance, deadlines and other musts have a secondary importance, it is a project created in the feminine power. It has been allowed to grow as clear images for my inner self and it has led to both periods of forward momentum, sleepless nights and deep rest. With my tarot cards and texts, I want to convey that spirituality is something for everyone – it is love, energy, intuition and above all intention that creates the magic. By making the imagery accessible, modern and easy to understand, more people can explore their spiritual side.
