Frida Alsterlund

Frida Alsterlund is a lawyer and energy medicine therapist. She runs the company Growing Light, which offers energy medicine sessions, training and lectures. She has twenty years of experience in court and government administration, eight of which were as a legal expert at one of Sweden's largest agencies. She loves helping courageous people to go deep within themselves to find their inner light and live fully. She herself has made a journey from being a high-achieving, talented girl in imbalance to becoming a woman with flowing energy and inner joy who stands in her light and brings it into her everyday life. Educating is her passion and she dreams of spreading the wisdom of energy medicine to the world.
