Lena Möllerstedt lives in Åkersberga with her partner and dog. During her day, she works as a lawyer and in her free time she finds an outlet for her creative side through art. She paints her paintings according to the principles of Vedic Art. Principles that she integrates into her life and her profession. In this story, we follow Lena's journey back to the playful spirituality she had as a child. How through painting she found her way back to her innermost core and acknowledged her spiritual and medial sides. The ones that she had long denied and hidden from the outside world for fear of being judged. Due to experiences in her youth, she saw spirituality for a long time as something pretentious and dogmatic, which made her seek to distance herself from everything that spirituality and spirituality entail. Through art and free creation, she came to find her way back to these hidden parts of herself. She found a playful approach to her spirituality, far from the seriousness that she had previously associated it with. Painting made her integrate spirituality into everyday life and find a daily spiritual practice. In her story, she wants to convey the possibility of embracing one's spirituality with a playful and uncontrived approach.
