At the height of her career as a television producer, the author entered a profound and unexpected turning point. What followed was a nine-month period of altered consciousness, during which normal professional and social life came to a complete pause. This immersive inner process—experienced as clear communication with higher consciousness— prompted her to document the process and share it to support others in activating their own connection to the higher self 

Over the following year, the notes and reflections from this period were shaped into the book The Blue Lotus Activations. She does not present herself as a teacher, but as a communicator and translator of higher consciousness. She lives with her family in Stockholm, Sweden.
