I have worked with art, education and health for many years. The forest has been my arena where I have had recurring events and sensory experiences. As a fellow human being, I want to contribute to many more people finding their way back to nature again.
In my book "Solmøja" Mi goes through events that make her blame herself for not being attentive. When she discussed this with herself, she understands, and she does it in the forest without external distractions. I hope that my book can inspire others to delve into their own inner selves, to let go of fears and indulge in their own unique energy. I believe that there is much to discover there that can lead to development, balance and peace of mind.
