Marjo is driven by curiosity and desire. Her passion is learning and development, both for herself and for others. After over twenty-three years as a consultant in her own company, Logistikkraft AB now Allow me AB, she has experience in training and coaching people and businesses that want to develop. She has co-created with both management teams and work groups and individuals with the aim of increasing their own ability to achieve sustainable change, with the aim of their vision. Keywords have been well-being of employees and efficient flows of materials and information. Her clients have so far been both large and small industrial companies.
From her experience, she sees that we need to change our corporate cultures and build new ones in a different way. We must begin the work of becoming more grounded in our unconditional love for ourselves, each other, and our earth.
