Sara Trygg

Sara Trygg is a writer, lecturer, poet, soldier and human rights activist. She has many years of experience from the Swedish Armed Forces. Alongside her work, she has deepened her knowledge in history, international relations and trauma processing. The driving force is to understand human differences and our inner ability to overcome immeasurable obstacles.
