Sylvia Lidén Nordlund was born and lives in Gothenburg. She is married, has a daughter and four bonus children. Relationships, as well as reading and writing, are her great interests. Her writing and professional life have communication and relationships as the main ingredients. In 2016 and 2017, she participated in five short story anthologies on interpersonal themes such as loss and life change.
In the summer of 2017, her debut novel Allt det du måste was released, part one of a trilogy about a woman's inner and outer journey. Mia is subjected to adult bullying, is forced to take a hard look at her life and realize what she really has to do. The standalone sequel, Om du bara vågar , was released in the fall of 2018. It is about trying new paths, challenging the fear of loneliness and failure.
That same fall, Sylvia appeared in the anthology More Than Words: Talking About Successful Communication , which is nominated for the 2019 Project Management Book of the Year. The novels are also available as e-books and audiobooks. The final part of the trilogy, The Only Thing You Need , was released in October 2019.
