Camilla writes touching lyrics that take you behind perceptions into your sacred essence. With her lyrics, she wants to hand over a conscious responsibility to the fact that there is always a choice.
Camilla is originally a trained chef, but then switched and worked therapeutically with clients for many years. Her experience is that often simple, difficult and deep questions are mixed and come up in the meeting/space between her and the client.
Camilla's wish is for this space to be created between the reader and the book you are holding. Just like in Where the Doves Sleep, she believes that the value of life and the sustainability of relationships are only revealed in a disaster situation.
Camilla has many times thrown herself into the unknown and loves it. She has traveled a lot and lived for long periods in other countries, including Turkey, where she got some of the inspiration for this script.
Where the Pigeons Sleep is her twelfth book.
