Helen's lifestyle and being are strongly influenced in everyday life by the Native American culture and the Aloha mentality of the Hawaiian people. The years she lived on the island of Maui opened up gratitude and closeness to beautiful Mother Earth. For 25 years she has practiced and taught as a shaman both in Sweden, Europe and in Hawaii. Helen has worked since 1996 as a Reiki grandmaster, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage therapist, shaman, course leader and lecturer. In Nothingness Dances Wholeness is her debut book.
