“Why do I feel so different? Who am I – and why do I feel like something is missing?” When Mari was growing up in a village outside Sandviken in the 1970s and 1980s, there were several reasons why she asked herself these questions. One of them was the fear of the dark, which held her in an iron grip. Another was that in crowds she often felt a dizziness taking hold and swirling around in her head. She was also told that she was so sensitive – as if something was wrong with her.

The insecurity has left its mark of low self-esteem, poor self-confidence, destructive relationships and a constant need for affirmation. It would take thirty years before Mari would find her place on earth; as a medium, healer and medial coach. She has her business in Nykvarn, which is south of Stockholm, where she also lives with her husband.
