Sarah Hale

It is a true honor for Sarah to be co-author of
to this book. When she first saw the cover
to Develop your spirituality – Water, she knew
instantly that she wanted to join in and share
their completely magical experiences of water with you.
She has always lived near water – on peninsulas, islands,
along fjords or rivers. She grew up nearby
of beautiful surfing beaches. The sea saved her
during difficult times and gave her many completely
wonderful experiences. Her inherent power
and contact with one's natural, or inner, wisdom
and its invisible energies have already restored
her after a life-threatening hyperthyroidism. The sea and
its magic is also a reason why she now
lives in Sweden.

Sarah is dedicated to spreading love, light, gratitude-
hot and true knowledge to the whole world. She loves
to write books, articles and create documentaries
films on various topics, but mostly about the Baltic Sea,
nature and history. Sarah likes to call
these stories for “our stories”, because all
stories should be included, not just a few.

Homo sapiens means "wise man"
in Latin. Natural and inner wisdom, our own
beautiful mediations and positive vibes
The power of nature will now step forward and restore our
lovely, peaceful and energetic world for all of us.
Here water is central, both within ourselves and in
the whole world.
