This is my second book, written via the body (Paula) and it contains all the tools you need to develop forward on all planes and levels for the new Golden Age of Light. The goal of this book is to help you find balance between heaven and earth, to be able to stand in your own power and act as the Masters of Light you are. It is about regaining contact with yourself and your heart. You can find the tools you need through your own creative abilities. By regaining contact with yourself, your higher self and your soul, you gain access to the keys that open up your inner knowledge - a knowledge that was "closed" by too many people when Atlantis fell.

My message to humanity is to help as many as possible with the transformation. It means cleansing, clearing and healing oneself, opening the heart, pulling down the mind, changing the thought patterns and bringing out the knowledge you all carry within.

Thoth

Life, like time, is an illusion – a fairy tale that we direct ourselves. All people are born with a task, a unique gift or a calling. My mission is to convey knowledge and messages from a powerful creative energy: Thoth. Thoth is a well-known god in Egyptian mythology. He is pure, loving and has a fantastic sense of humor that I wish everyone could share.

My desire with this book is to give everyone who wants the opportunity to take part in the continuation of Thoth's teachings and cosmic truths. In the book you will receive many wise words from Thoth, meditations and tools that strengthen you on all levels (physically, psychically, mentally and spiritually) for the new Golden Age of light. These exercises teach you to channel the highest Light Masters. Thoth also talks about the situation of the indigo children and the crystal children on Earth.
